HOUSTON, Oct. 27, 2020 – Sense Corp, a premium data and digital services provider, has been recognized as a 2020 Best Places to Work by the Houston Business Journal. This is the company’s sixth time to bring home the award in Houston.
The annual awards program, presented by the Houston Business Journal, is based on employee feedback gathered through an independent third-party survey and measures aspects of workplace culture, including engagement, leadership, and connection.
“This year has presented many new obstacles, and it makes winning even more rewarding,” said Pratish Kanani, COO at Sense Corp. “Even before the COVID-19 shutdown began nationally, we transitioned the entire company to a complete remote working environment. The health and safety of our employees has been paramount.”
Since working remotely, the company has instituted many new activities to help with employee engagement, including virtual game nights, virtual field trips where employees take a small group along on a virtual journey around a certain topic, virtual wellness programs, and a new mindfulness practice.
Sense Corp was founded in 1996 and has more than 250 employees with operations in Austin, Atlanta, Columbus, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, San Antonio and St. Louis. Sense Corp has also been regularly recognized as a Best Place to Work by the St. Louis, Austin and Dallas Business Journals.
